Dainami Pte Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates AINIO, the AI-powered UGC video generation platform at ainio.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use our service.
By using AINIO, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.

Account information
Your name, email address, and password, collected when you register. Authentication is handled via Supabase Auth.
Payment information
Billing details (name, address, card type) necessary to process payments. Card numbers are processed directly by Stripe — we never store them on our servers.
User-uploaded content
Product images, actor reference photos, and any other files you upload to the platform. Generated videos and AI outputs are also stored on your behalf.
Usage data
Credits consumed, projects created, generation history, and feature usage patterns.
Technical data
IP address, browser type and version, device information, and access logs collected automatically when you use the service.

These tools may set cookies or use similar tracking technologies in your browser. You can opt out of non-essential cookies via your browser settings or a cookie preference centre if one is displayed. Note that opting out of analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use AINIO.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by applicable law (for example, financial records for tax compliance purposes).
Generated content and uploaded media are stored in Cloudflare R2 and may be deleted sooner at your request. Contact us at cal@dainami.ai to request early deletion of specific content.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), secure cloud infrastructure, and access controls.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
AINIO is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

Dainami Pte Ltd is incorporated in Singapore and our primary data processing occurs there. However, because we use third-party service providers based in other countries (including the United States and the European Union), your data may be transferred to and processed in those jurisdictions.
Where such transfers occur, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
