Terms of Service

By accessing or using AINIO at ainio.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use AINIO.

You must be at least 18 years old to use AINIO. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

AINIO is an AI-powered UGC (user-generated content) video generation platform operated by Dainami Pte Ltd. The platform enables users to create video advertisements by orchestrating AI services for script writing, voice synthesis, image generation, and video production.

AINIO operates on a credits-based system. Credits are consumed when you generate content. Credit costs vary by action and are displayed within the platform before use.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access. Each person may hold only one active account.

You must notify us immediately at cal@dainami.ai if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. Dainami Pte Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

• Plans — AINIO offers two paid plans:
  • ·Creator — $49/month (or $39/month billed annually). 3,000 credits per month (~14 complete Veo 3.1 video projects).
  • ·Pro — $129/month (or $99/month billed annually). 9,000 credits per month (~42 complete Veo 3.1 video projects). Includes priority rendering and early access to new features.
• Monthly credits — Credits included in a subscription plan reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused monthly credits do not roll over and expire immediately when a subscription lapses or is cancelled.
• No refunds — All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on subscription payments under any circumstances. If you cancel a subscription, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

• Your ownership — You retain all rights to content you upload to AINIO, including product images and reference photos.
• Generated content ownership — AI-generated videos and other outputs produced using the AINIO platform are owned by you.
• Marketing licence — By using AINIO, you grant Dainami Pte Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute AI-generated outputs (videos, images, and related content produced by the platform) for marketing, promotional, and product improvement purposes.
• No obligation — We may choose not to exercise this licence. You may contact us at cal@dainami.ai if you have concerns about specific content being used.

AINIO allows users to upload reference photos to generate AI actors. This feature carries significant responsibility:

• Consent required — You must have explicit consent from any individual whose likeness you upload or use to generate AI actors or video content.
• No unauthorised uploads — You must not upload images of real people without their knowledge and permission.
• No deceptive impersonation — You must not generate content that impersonates real individuals in a deceptive, misleading, or harmful manner.
• Your liability — Dainami Pte Ltd is not liable for any misuse of actor generation features. You bear sole responsibility for ensuring you have all necessary rights and consents for content you create.

You agree not to use AINIO to:

• Create or distribute illegal content of any kind
• Generate deepfakes or synthetic media of real people without their explicit consent
• Harass, threaten, defame, or harm any individual or group
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or access controls
• Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

AINIO integrates with third-party AI and infrastructure providers to deliver its services. Your content and usage data may be transmitted to and processed by these providers, including but not limited to: Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Kling AI, Google, Supabase, Cloudflare, and Stripe.

Each provider operates under their own terms of service and privacy policy. By using AINIO, you acknowledge and accept that your content may be processed by these third parties subject to their respective terms.

The AINIO platform, the Dainami name and brand, all software, designs, interfaces, and platform assets are the intellectual property of Dainami Pte Ltd and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use Dainami or AINIO branding, trademarks, or proprietary assets without our express written permission.

Dainami Pte Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to be in violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Unused monthly credits will expire at that point; top-up credits remain in your account.

AINIO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your expectations or requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dainami Pte Ltd's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of AINIO shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Dainami in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

In no event shall Dainami Pte Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Dainami Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of AINIO following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last updated.
